I am second-generation arborist my dad taught me a lot about trees. But never wanted me to do tree work, rather he wanted I get an education and as he would say so I didn’t have to work so hard. But when I was 18 and that was the only job I could get he didn’t have much choice.

I have been doing tree work since 1975 and incorporated in 1985. That same year I became the 96 person to be certified as an arborist by the International Society Arboriculture, there are currently 22,000 arborists worldwide.

I received my QAL from the state of California in 1998 and have been involved in integrated pest management ever since. In this phase of our work we establish the clients tolerance levels to the insects that are in their yard. Some people don’t want any, others only care if it’s going to kill the tree.

I went on to further my credentials by becoming a Board Certified Master Arborist in 2011 and became Tree Risk Assessment Qualified in 2014.

Our goal is to educate the client as to the best practices for the care and health of the tree.

We provide a high quality service for a reasonable price. If you’re wondering whether you can get somebody cheaper to do the work the answer is yes. But remember you get what you pay for. We are generally a four-man crew at a rate of $85 per hour per man. If the job requires it I can bring on additional workers to complete the job in a timely manner.

We specialize in all facets of the work from planting of the trees all the way to removal I am required by my certificates from the state and from the ISA to obtain continuing education units to ensure that we are on top of the newest and latest information that is out there about your trees.
